Location: Brighton, MI
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (some weekends may be required)

Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining all production equipment, company- and customer-owned tooling, and auxiliary systems necessary to support production. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and company policies including TS 16949:2002 standards.
Core Responsibilities
· Maintain workplace and equipment for safety and cost efficiency.
· Perform and track preventative maintenance activities.
· Maintain and repair production and auxiliary equipment including Hi-Lo, compressors, etc.
· Conduct routine building and facility maintenance.
· Install and support new equipment and improvements to tooling.
· Fabricate and assist with design enhancements to equipment and tooling.
· Complete assigned tasks from supervisor in a timely manner.
Skills and Abilities
· Understanding of general plant operations and safety practices.
· Ability to operate plant equipment.
· Basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.
· Machining, fabricating, and welding experience.
· Basic PLC troubleshooting and relay logic.
· Understanding of chemical processes and equipment troubleshooting.
· Familiarity with MSDS and safe chemical handling procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
· 3–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
· Previous manufacturing environment experience.
· HI-LO license required.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
· Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
